5 November 2009 - With the merger of ELGA Berkefeld GmbH and Krüger WABAG GmbH, the organisational integration which has already been carried out has now been legally finalised. Under the name VWS Deutschland GmbH one of the leading suppliers of water treatment systems in Germany has formed. The brands Berkefeld, Krüger WABAG and ELGA will still be used in the respective markets.
